I’ve spent over two decades working across the full spectrum of technology delivery — from writing code and testing legacy systems to leading complex programs, advising startups, and now building intelligent, AI-driven systems.

What connects each phase of my career is a consistent focus on clarity, execution, and people.

Professional Identity

I am a Consulting Analyst and Project Leader with a foundation in engineering and a career shaped by delivery responsibility.

I began as a software developer, gaining firsthand experience in how systems are built, where they fail, and why theory often collapses under real-world constraints.

Over time, my role evolved — from building solutions to analyzing problems, and from managing tasks to leading people and outcomes.

From Engineering to Leadership

My early years were rooted in disciplined, process-driven environments — Waterfall methodologies, legacy platforms, and manual quality assurance.

These experiences instilled a deep respect for rigor, documentation, and system stability.

As delivery models evolved, I transitioned into Agile environments and mobile-first programs. Earning my PMP certification formalized this shift into leadership, reinforcing structured thinking while enabling adaptability.

Entrepreneurship & Broader Impact

In 2016, I founded KJ Studios as a platform to explore product ownership beyond enterprise constraints.

Through this work, I released consumer and civic applications, supported startups across geographies, and engaged in outreach, procurement, and pre-sales advisory roles.

This phase broadened my perspective — reinforcing that technology is most effective when applied with intent, not scale alone.

Quality, Process & People

A recurring theme in my work has been quality and compliance. I have been closely involved in ISO recertification audits and process standardization initiatives.

Equally important is people management. I have led diverse teams, emphasizing mentoring, trust, and sustainable team culture.

Projects succeed when goals are clear, teams are supported, and processes serve people — not the other way around.

The AI Shift

Today, my work focuses on AI-enabled systems — from computer vision and data platforms to LLM-assisted development and agent-based architectures.

The emphasis is no longer on applications alone, but on intelligent systems that collaborate with humans while remaining accountable and understandable.

Some initiatives remain intentionally undisclosed, but the direction is clear: AI is reshaping how software is conceived, built, and operated.

Perspective

Technology evolves. Fundamentals endure.

Strategy without execution is theory. Execution without strategy is risk.

My work sits between the two — translating intent into outcomes with clarity and discipline.
